BAKED TROUT FILLETS

WITH COTSWOLD HERB

 

 

Season fillets with salt and freshly ground pepper.  Place  in a shallow baking dish. Spread with COTSWOLD HERB cheese, pour over melted butter and lemon juice and bake about 10 minutes loosely covered with foil or butter paper.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
