POTATO SAVOYARDE WITH COTSWOLD NATURAL

 

Slice potatoes thinly and arrange in layers in  a buttered oven proof dish. Add a crushed clove of garlic, season well and cover with milk.

Add several spoonfuls of Cotswold Natural, dot with butter and bake in a hot oven until potatoes are cooked and nicely browned.
