Fresh Cheeses

Our cheese range includes a "Fromage Frais" and three "Cotswold" fresh soft creamy cheeses Natural, Peppercorn, and Herb which can be used as spreads or in various recipes

We also make St Agnes - a moulded fresh cheese

Ripened Cheeses

St Eadburgha is a white rind cheese similar to some Brie or Camembert, and is matured for 4 - 12 weeks

St Egwin and St Kenelm two harder cheeses and are matured from two months to 12 months

St Oswald is a rind washed cheese and is our most recent cheese.
